The operator behind Flambia

I build food brands, and the software that runs them.

I started in the kitchen, not in a software office. I built food brands from zero — one of them, a subscription meal brand, reached €200,000 a month by its fourth month. I learned the hard way that revenue without measuring costs is driving with no fuel gauge: the brand that looked like it was winning was the one quietly bleeding cash.

Before that, and alongside it, I ran the marketing and the tracking for Audi, Volkswagen, KFC and WizzAir — the part most people never see: making sure every sale is actually measured, so the budget goes where it earns.

Why I built Flambia

Every operator I met had the same problem, and it was never the food. It was customers. A kitchen that already pays its rent, its head chef and its certifications sits idle half the week — and the owner has no predictable way to fill it.

Flambia is the answer I wish I’d had: the software and the playbook that let a kitchen you already run add a prepaid meal-plan line — customers pay up front, you cook a fixed menu in batches, and the bank account grows on purpose, not by luck.
