2. About these Terms

These Terms are the agreement between you and us when you buy The First-Customer Kit. Please read them before you pay.

When you place an order and pay, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy the Kit.

3. Definitions

• Kit — “The First-Customer Kit”, our one-time digital product.
• Materials — the files included in the Kit: the First-Customer Blueprint, the Rotating Recipe Base, the Equipment & Staff Starter List, and the Profitability Calculator.
• Order — your purchase of the Kit through our website.
• You / customer — the person or business that buys the Kit.

4. The product and your licence

The Kit is a digital guide and toolkit for catering and restaurant operators who want to launch a meal-prep line on their existing kitchen. On payment you receive the four Materials as downloadable files.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for your own business. That is all you need to put the Kit to work.

You may not resell the Materials, redistribute them, publish them, or share the files with anyone outside your business. The licence is for you, not for passing on.

5. Orders, price and payment

The Kit costs USD $197 as a one-time payment. It is not a subscription, and there is nothing further to pay for the Kit itself.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. By placing an Order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Prices may change for future orders. The price shown at the time of your Order is the price that applies to that Order. Where any taxes apply, they are added or handled as required by law.

We sometimes offer an optional, separate “done-for-you” service called the First-Customer Sprint (around $297). That is a different service you may choose later. It is not part of the Kit and is not covered by these Terms.

6. Delivery

The Kit is delivered instantly and digitally. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email the four Materials and your download links to the address you used at checkout.

Please make sure you give us a valid email address you can access. You are responsible for the email address you provide. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us and we will help.

7. Refunds

The Kit comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy, for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you the full $197.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Materials, the Flambia name and our branding belong to us and are protected by law. Your licence to use the Materials does not transfer ownership of them to you.

Your own business stays entirely yours. Your brand, your recipes, your menu and your customers are yours — the Kit does not give us any claim over them.

You agree not to use the Materials for any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaks these Terms.

9. No guaranteed results

The Kit is guidance and tools. It shows you how to launch a meal-prep line and gives you templates to work from. It does not guarantee any business result.

Your results depend on your own effort, your decisions, and your market. We make no income, sales, or success guarantee. What you get out of the Kit is up to you and the conditions you operate in.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Kit is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss — for example lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes relating to them fall under the jurisdiction of the Polish courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not take away the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Those rights are preserved.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Changes do not affect orders you have already placed.
