1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind The First-Customer Kit. If you are not happy with it, for any reason, you can ask for your money back within 30 days of your purchase.

There is no special hoop to jump through. You do not have to explain yourself or justify your decision. Paweł Kaczyński handles every refund personally.

2. What’s covered

The guarantee covers the full price you paid for the Kit — USD $197 — for any reason, as long as you request it within 30 days of your purchase date.

This is a digital product with instant access, and the guarantee applies even though you have already received and downloaded the files.

3. How to request a refund

Email pawel@mindlink.digital with your order details — for example the name and email you used at checkout, and the date of purchase. That is enough for us to find your order.

You do not need to give a reason, but if you tell us what didn’t work for you, it helps us make the Kit better.

4. How and when you get your money back

We refund to your original payment method — the card or method you used to pay through Stripe.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of your request. The exact time it takes to appear on your statement can depend on your bank or card provider.

5. Digital products and your statutory rights

The Kit is digital content that is supplied to you immediately after payment, so you can start using it right away.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, where you consent to that immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose this right, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may no longer apply once delivery has started.

This does not leave you worse off. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies regardless, and it is more generous than the statutory 14-day period. Whatever your statutory position, you can still ask for a full refund within 30 days for any reason.

6. Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel in the usual sense: the First-Customer Kit (and the optional First-Customer Sprint) are one-time purchases — no subscription, no recurring charge, no auto-renewal of any kind.

Because the product is digital and delivered to your inbox within minutes of payment, an order cannot be cancelled between payment and delivery. Instead, every purchase is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee described above: if you change your mind for any reason within 30 days, email pawel@mindlink.digital and we will refund you in full.
